Why did you decide to use this product exactly?

If as you say you are doing everything EXACTLY RIGHT there should not be problems. There obviously is a problem somewhere.

Why not contact the suppliers and ask for their help .. surely that would be your wisest option.

The first time I used 'Acrygel' It lifted on me . I had to make absolute sure all cuticle was removed as it seemed to be more sensitive then other products I have used ( or maybe that's just all in my head ) , but it worked. If u'r prep is very thorough u shouldn't have a problem. Good luck:)

i have been extra thorough in my prep to make sure and still dosnt seem to make a difference. i really cant get my head around it i have phoned them up and they dont know what to suggest.
i took on this product from the advice of a friend who has nothing but good words for it and she cant see why its happening. maybe i got a bad batch, but getting close to giving up.

Why not go and observe your friend working and see if she has some technique you are missing.

Hi there I have used acrygel and too have had problems with lifting with only some clients and some fine. Anyway my advice is make sure the primer is fully dry before you apply product, some clients need it more powder and some more gel if that makes sense. Also I only ever applied white in the gel form not with the powder, I also never cure upside down dont know whether that makes a difference. Let me know how you get on. Also scrub in the first layer

I would tell your supplier this, I'm sure they don't want to loose a customer, and actually sit down with one of their educators and produce a set of nails for them, if its you they will see it, if its not then perhaps they will exchange your products and see if that changes things.
one more idea, ask your friend if you can use her products, if you still get the lifting and she doesn't then its not the products.
Have to say that usually its something really silly. I went for a 121 and was picked up for running my thumb over the prepped nail before applying prima, I was making sure the nail was smooth, same as I do when I've finished filing, never occurred to me that I was putting oil from my skin on my prepped nail:)

yep we already tried that shes even closely watched me and cant see a problem. think i might visit them on their stand at the beauty show see if they can suss it out. thanks for all your help guys.
