Well, it depends on who you ask......!!! If you ask a gel geek (Minkus, Bagpuss, Valencian Nails, VHunter etc) they will tell you that gel is easier than L+P..... But, I trained with L+P first and really struggle with gel - I think I work too thin, I struggle to get my shape right, I get breakages, I'm not happy with the finished result except on toes...... I find L+P easier to judge the overall finished result.....
So, I guess what I'm saying is that no system is easy - what works for one doesn't work for another..... What I am doing? Finishing my L+P Masters then making a real effort to improve my gel application! IMHO you are better off mastering one system and gaining your cinfidence then moving on to another....
I started off with Creative L&P and I was just never really comfortable with it. Despite additional training I still found it really hard work. It was me though not the product.
I switched to Brisa gel about a year ago and immediately felt more comfortable. There were teething troubles of course but I always feel I am improving all the time.
