Hi,
I suffer with really bad anxiety and panic all the time, every time I have done a beauty treatment I panic that the smell or fumes is going to cause them harm.
Not in any way because I feel I have offered an incorrect service but purely because I am me and I panic.
Any way one of my worse panics is over fumes when I am around children, elderly or someone with asthma/ breathing problems, or have a baby,
E.g if someone wants nails doing mobile and they have a young child ect.
Does anyone have any words of advice that can help me over come my fear.
