Adding hair salon

Hi all,
we have had our beauty salon open for 5 years and are just adding an Aveda hair salon.

We have 5 cutting stations.

Just after any advice from you established people on the smaller items that I may have overlooked - you know, the little things that you use every day, take for granted and couldn't live without but which I won't even know about.

We will also feature Brazilian blow dries so your experience/recommendation would be appreciated.

Hair extensions are also on the cards - advice please.
