Adhoc basis

If i had a lady come and relieve me of some massage on an adhoc basis, what sort of cut do i give her, i have no idea.... when i worked for someone this way he used to do a 60/40 cut.... is 50/50 fair or should i only be taking 25% can anybody advise me, thanx

Hi,
Depends a bit on how much you charge in the first place but I do similar ad hoc work and 50/50 is Ok. Remember the person will have to sort out all their own tax on top of this, I usually go 60/40 in my favour as I cover at short notice, whilst having no company benefits.
