Hi there ,
I’m after some advice. .
If a client is seeking advanced electrolysis for the removal of skint tags but has history of melanoma should o treat without a doctors note ?
I work from home and have no colleagues to run it by .
Thanks in advance for your help .
Chloe

Contacting your insurance is the best option. Then you are in the clear about going ahead or not.
Meanwhile your client could have a conversation with the dermatologist or her own GP for approval, which will be hopefully given. Sometimes it's done verbally from a clinician rather than an actual note, but every case is different so check with your insurance.
