Aftercare procedures, advice & homecare

Hi All,

Love this site, learn something new everyday.

Have an assignment, and im starting to get very confused with it. I am having some difficulty finding an explanation in my textbook.

Basically, I would like to know the difference between after-care procedures, after-care advice and home-care advice.

Is after-care procedure cleaning the client´s skin or is it telling the client to avoid the sun?

After-care advice not wearing tight clothing etc?

And home care advice what the client does like applying after wax lotion and exfoliating.

Please could you help me...

hiya hun, yes you are almost exactly right,
aftercare procedure = applying after wax cream/gel aloe vera witch hazel etc.
aftercare advice = telling the client not to go out in sun, avoid touching the area etc.
homecare advice = telling them not to shave in between treatments, exfoliation and moisturising etc.
