All Tied Up in a Bow

Would someone be able to describe this colour to me? I've got a potential client that would like this colour, but I work with OPI. I'm thinking I'm not a Waitress with some fine red glitter and a few small hex red glitter... But this is just going off a picture online. If I can get a better description then I might be able to have a play and see what I can come up with

It's more pinky than waitress, the skyfall collections the spy who loved me is closer.
This is all tied up with a bow.
