Any tried L'Oreal Effasol Color Remover?

Has anyone tried this? It says to mix with water, or for darker shades mix with 20 vol developer ? So is it like bleach?

Yes it's fantastic water mix is for search cleanse after that use powder with vol and a bamberie for best results
