Up to now I have used paper for client data health questions and consent to treatment signatures. However now there’s stacks of paper can never find a record card. I’m thinking of going electronic with this but I don’t want to change from paper and pencil when it comes to the appointment book. I literally just want an iPad to store all there data on does anyone know of a good app that I can download to the iPad that will have all the information on it to do a client questionnaire that clients can fill in on there? not very technical Many thanks in advance
