Has anyone tried this nail system? You can’t buy it yet in the UK so have to get it shipped from the USA. Was just wondering if anyone has used/tried it and if it’s worth the money?
I can't say anything as far as their customer service goes (i've not had a reason to contact them yet), but I do love the Gel-X system. I've been using it for about 6months now and have yet to have any issues. No cracks/chipping or lifting yet (no complaints about those so far). My only issue is that it seems to take twice as long to soak off.
I have been using it for a month now and I love it! I have no issues soaking them off in 15 minutes when I use warmed acetone. I have had no issues with lifting or breaks, and my clients have been wearing them for 3-4 weeks. I also love how light and thin they are!
