Hiya!
Does anyone know what requirements are needed to take a beauty assessors course?

Thought if anyone knew then it would be you guys!

I'm not sure if you can do a seperate assessors course anymore, I think they lump it altogether with the teacher training 7307.

I did D32 and D33 units - you could try googling those units to see if they show up.

Hi you need to be able to assess NVQ students, so shadow teaching is a good option. Colleges seem to differ in the time scale, from a full year to just a few months. So the main thing you need to do is sort out access to some students. I'm just in the middle of mine so let me know if I can help.

Do you need x amount of experience first in a salon? x

To be honest I don't think you do. If you go on to any college website and look up A1 awards it will give you course requirements.
