Assistance with writing an accredited course manual

I currently have my PTLLS 4 and now looking to become accredited. I'm already with the guild so naturally gravitating towards trying to get accredited with them.

However so far the info they have given out is poor.
There doesn't seem to be any guidance as to how I go about writing a course manual, and having never done any of this before where do I start.
All they have is an application form etc - not much help

Anyone know of any info that may assist ?
