Ok so this girl returned tonight having broken 2 of her nails ! And guess what ... she's filed them all down saying she realises that she can't have them that long... YIPPEE..Result.. she's learnt her lesson. Anyway she started telling me about a new nail bar that has popped up that she can get to very easily, I want to keep her as a client, she does me good being a perfectionist, so I gave her a pamper pressy to hopefully help lure her to stay with me. Better make sure she uses her loyalty card too !
