Baby oil causes ingrown hairs?

Hi Geeks,
I always, always use baby oil as pre wax care on Brazilians. A therapist friend of mine told me that it causes ingrown hairs and to never use it!!

Anyone else think this is true? X

Baby oil is made from mineral oil just like 90% of other pre-wax oils. It won't cause ingrowns as you wash it off after anyway. Not a fan of regular use of mineral oil on the body but it may help prevent ingrowns. You can get nicer smelling oils than baby oil btw

Baby oil after waxing may cause ingrowing hairs it's thicker and might clog the follicle but before shud be fine providing u remove it properly xx
