Balayage

Hi, I was a bleach blonde for years then had an all over 8 tint. I'm just back from Spain and my hair is pretty much back to blonde.

I have booked an appointment for balayage and I want to be a light ash brown with ash blonde balayage highlight.

I was just wondering...will they need to take me to a light ash brown all over first before they do the balayage highlights?

If you hair is light enough at the ends then they should just tint and tone your existing blonde ends go in and have a chat and skin test first then book

Also you will most certainly have to have a warm brown if you hair is blonde if ash brown is pout on it will turn khaki! X

Thanks for your reply and for the heads up about the ash brown. My hair probably is light enough to tone, I just didn't know if that was possible with the balayage technique. Thanks
