Bamboo massage

Can anyone help me? I'm looking at booking onto this course. The bamboo kit seems rather expensive and i'm not sure I will need what's the the whole kit ...Full Monty, Half Monty, Slim Jim, Middle Man, 2 Shorties, 2 Half Pints, and 2 Tapotement Tools)

Does anyone use all of these? Can you purchase them seperately?
How long do they last and how are you supposed to clean them?

Its hit and miss as to whether I receive an Ellisons book for some reason (but to be fair I don't order very often as I'm not self-employed) and I kind find anything on the website so I've emailed requesting a training prospectus.

Can't wait to get it! This is one course I do NOT want to miss! Imagine how good it'll look on a CV :hug: it'll really stand out.

I didnt know they offered training for this course. Their venues are usually quite far from me. Ive found another company and the course is a great price so if you have no joy, i will send you the link. The kit is defiately worth it though! Good luck x

Ooh that would be great thanks, I just read on a thread earlier than Ellisons have started offering training in bamboo massage, but like I say I didn't have any luck on the website. I'm very excited about it x

Hi.
I was just looking up courses on Bamboo massage and someone suggested Natural therapy Studio. I have just sent an email to them to find out more. I would be really interested in the training you have found out about and if you can buy the bamboo from somone else and use that on that training?

This is who I will be going with. It's a bit of a joke as I was placed 3rd on the waiting list and i'm STILL waiting. You don't need to purchase a kit to do the course hun. x

Yes there needs to be 4 people to a class. I was 3rd on the waiting list but now i'm thinking the other people are probably as peed off as me and gone somewhere else. So I could be waiting forever :lol:

Ellisons have the kit. I haven't got it yet but it's about £48 if i remember rightly xxx

I did my training for bamboo massage with the Natural Therapy Ttudio, it was very good. I waited a few months not because there is a waiting list but because i had to travel to Essex and take a model which was impossible for me to do. As soon as another person booked on the course I was able to go ahead and we used each other as models. I think if you want the tutor to travel there has to be a minimum of 4 people. Also I have 2 sets of bamboo sticks, one I bought through the internet from Australia and one I bought from the Natural Therapy Studio. There is a significant difference, the one from Australia seems rather 'tacky' against the one bought from NTS.

I have just received an email back saying they have 1 place left on the 25th but that is in Cheshire so no good for me but she has sent me loads of dates for Ongar.
I have just sent her an email back to see if they only do groups of 4 or if they do 1 on 1, just waiating on the reply now.

I know they do 1 on 1 in Essex. Where abouts are you? x

I'm close to Essex so will go there. As soon as i'm back in the uk I am going to book in with them.
They get back to you really quick so it might be worth sending them an email and find out whats going on with your booking. Good luck x
