Barbicide advice, please

I'm mobile so I just use a plastic beaker with a screw on lid (0.4lt) that I bought from Tesco, how much Mundo would I have to use if I'm filling the beaker half full of water or less?

You'll have to measure how much water you put in the beaker. Then add Mundo Power Plus in a ratio of 50ml to every 1 litre. If your beaker has a capacity of 400ml (0.4l) then I'd suggest that you put in 250-300ml of clean water and add 15ml of Mundo Power Plus.
