Base colour 6

Hi I have been told I am a base colour 6. I always thought that my natural hair colour was a mousey brown but have been told that base colour 6 is a dark blonde - is this the case?

Hi , a base six is usually dark blonde on the ICC charts , but depending on how much ash is present some base sixes can appear darker looking

Thanks for that. I want to go back to my natural colour - or as near as I can get and I just want to get an idea.

Not sure about anyone else, but my base is around a 4 to 5, but when I coloured back to dark a 6 range colour and shade was dark enough. I do find the darker shades come up darker so I always tend to go one shade lighter. Of course a salon professional will advise you.
