I have a CIBTAC Beautician Diploma, a VTCT Level 3 Beauty Therapy (Holistic Route) Diploma and an ITEC Reflexology Diploma.

I am currently insured with BABTAC but unsure if I need to be insured with the Association of Reflexologists and a beauty therapy association, and then get insurance from a company like Balens. Also should I register with the FHT, CthA or the CNHC?

I work from home, am mobile and in a salon from time to time

I'm so confused!!

Any advice would be gratefully received.

Thank you

The easiest way to check you're covered is to phone BABTAC and ask them.

You can register with the AOR and the FHT but they are nothing to do with your insurance although they may offer insurance as well. They are professional associations and some claim that's how clients find you. I've never bothered x
