Later this month, Channel 4 will debut it's new beauty show, "Undo Me", with beauty therapist and TV presenter Katie Piper at its helm. Piper will introduce us to people suffering from regrettable beauty decisions and work with them and experienced practitioners to fix their mistakes.
Whether it's dodgy permanent make up, ill-thought out tattoos, hair wrecked by extensions, or overplucked eyebrows, there are plenty of us out there that need a visit from the beauty godmother...think of it as Embarrassing Bodies for beauty. Katie Piper will also tour the UK as she explores the various beauty trends making the headlines such as teeth whitening and lunch-break-boob-jobs. She'll be investigating our willingness to take such drastic measures to change the way we look and how these extreme treatments are marketed to consumers.
"This brand-new features format will undo all these shameful beauty choices which anyone could make," says Colette Foster, Managing Director of Remarkable TV, the company behind the show. "Katie Piper is the ideal presented for this warm-hearted series and will transform lives."
Until then...geek on!
