Beauty Treatment/Nail Bar Room For Let.
We have one beauty treatment room on our lower floor at Enchanted Locks Maidstone which will be available from Tuesday 30th April 2013 for a
Nail Technician or Beauty Therapists to start their own business in an established Salon. You would be responsible for managing your own appointments, advertising and accounts.
We are looking to lease the room at £25 a day or 70%/30% share inclusive of business rates, electricity and water.
The room have shared toilet and kitchen facilities with the salon (therefore they would only be accessible during the salon open hours).
The beauty rooms are fitted with flooring, spot lighting, wash basins and central heating.
The rooms have been recently used for the Academy and previously used for treatment rooms.
We are not looking to let the rooms out on a daily basic but the full salon week (Tuesday-Saturday).
