Best brow numbing cream

I'm currently using Emla (UK based), but it's not great. Does anyone used anything else (stronger)?

Be very careful as many creams available are actually illegal to use. If you’re trained to use Emla, check with you insurance company if you’re insured to use something else (I’m only insured to use Emla).

I use emla cover with cling film for 15 mins, once skin is broken I use blue gel, but I live in ireland so regulations are different here
