Best kohl liner on the market?

Hi I'm looking for your opinion on the best kohl - I like to wear eyeliner on my inner eye sometimes but it just never lasts and you get 'eye bogies'. Any recommendations? Ta

I use the soap and glory one from boots. It's AMAZING! Mine never lasted and I used to get the bogey bits but not anymore.
It's waterproof and doesn't move.

Yup. I always have black or blue on my waterline and it's still there the next day most of the time x

It's not kohl but try inglots gel liners, they are amazing, they're 100% water proof so they done move from your eye, i have quite a few colours and have tried them all on the waterline and they are still the exact same when I take it off!
