Best on scalp bleach?

hi, (extremely sorry if this post is wrong/in a wrong section or something along those lines) I'm training to be a hairdresser/colourist and have been having my hair bleached (roots) for the past few months. I have used wella blondor powder bleach twice which really irritated my scalp and have most recently used the 'soft blonde' for actual on scalp use (but I have found that it does not lift as light as I need to tone it to the colour I want. Has anyone got any recommendations for on scalp bleaches that lift well (UK preferably)

Soft blonde on scalp will lift perfectly if used correctly. What developer, for what length of time, heat or no heat, base shade?
