Best way to apply rhinestones to Gels?

Hi,
Was wondering if anyone could help me, I'm looking to start to add rhinestones into gels, but am not too confident on how I can apply them in the best way without them coming off easily? I use gellux, and reaaaally want to try adding them in so advice would be appreciated xx
