Best way to colour change

Hi I've only just joined salon geek as I'm not in a salon at the moment and would like some tips and advise.
I am doing my own hair as as I prefer to I have always been crazy colours But recently changed it to a 5 base brown as the salon I worked In Previously said I had to tone my image down which I now regret as they laid me off within 2 months and so I am going to go back to the crazy colours therefor I need to go blonde again and have always used clynol or Wella bleach but was hoping anyone could give me advice on what's best to use as I have fine hair also, I also have olaplex on the way to ensure the condition isn't damaged to much. You're intending to bleach out the previous colour... On your own?!

Na. I wouldn't. It's gonna be patchy. No matter how good you are. See another stylist or training salon..

Colour change?
I think upkeep is one thing, but a colour change is a different kettle of fish.
I wouldn't be keen to do it myself...
