Best way to lift Live XL?

I have taken 3 test strands from a client that has been using live xl she can't remember which but it's a dark red, she is wanting to go bright red, the colour mine was when I used to use B red RV, yes I know it's not global so won't use it on her.

So what the best way to get rid of her build up and what else will give that bright color?

Give it a gentle bleach bath to take out the depth, pre pig with red then apply the red final colour u want on, the pre pig will give it a bit more grab power, and possibly retail her a red mousse for now an again touch up's xoxo
