Wondered if anyone can answer this Q
Haven't done the course yet, but have someone coming in this week (who has signed disclaimer & will only be charged for the product) for a tint, she is a natural blonde, so we were wondering whether it is necessary for her to be lightened before the tint? and if so surely it wouldn't be for the 45 mins it states on instructions??
