Black hair fade

hey guys and dolls,

need a bit of advice,can anyone recommend a good shampoo for dyed black hair? i use wella koleston 22/0 on my fellas hair and after 3 days its almost like its disappearing off the sides and they are going back to grey,i left the colour on for an hour last time to ensure coverage but here we are 3 days latewr and its doing the same thing,in all my 18 years in the trade this has totally baffled me,if anyone has any advice at all on this that would be great,his hair was grey before if thats any help.

Yes welloxon 6%,its really odd and like I said ive never known it happen before,hes the only one....good thing he don't pay is there a specialist black shampoo do you know?

It needs presoftening or another brand for grey coverage.
