Black marks appeared on hair extensions!

Hi all thanks for your posts, client came in this morning and I've cut a few inches off to remove black, she thinks it may be her straighteners, it's 100% not colour off my chair or anything like that, I hope she's right and its straighteners, no refund because she was a competition winner for full head of hair extensions, my concern was can that just happen to extensions as how do I actually know what process they have been through before I bought them, never had a problem before that I couldn't pin point the cause of it. Ah.. "Thinks it might be her straighteners? " yep bet it was! Hair just doesn't do that, especially remy. It's one of the best you can get! Julie x
