Blackberry vs Iphone vs G1

Having just run over my mobile, I'm looking for a new one.

One thing I'd like is the ability to send and receive emails as I cannot always get internet connection on my laptop when I'm out.

I have several different email addresses and would need to check all of them.

Does anyone use one of the above and can they recommend one over the others?

I have an iPhone. I have 5 email accounts on it, my Facebook, full proper internet access, all my contacts, my appointment diary. It is now my business.

And if I loose it it is all backed up on my PC several times a day. Wouldn't be without it now.

I was going to go for a blackberry, but a friend who's recently changed to Iphone says she prefers this too.

A really silly question (I'm a bit of a technophobe), is it easy to set up, and does it work with windows xp? or do you need an apple computer too.

It works with Windows no problem and it is super easy to setup! If you have an Apple store near you if you get it from their they'll go through it all with you, show you how to set it up etc.
