The reason I didn't reply, is that the only advice I can give you is to go to a good salon. This girl did a bad job once, do you want her attempting to fix it without a vast colour range to choose from?

Personally I would not slap base 7 over bleached white hair, but as she has seen your hair and I havent then it is hard to comment.
