Bleach under nail plate?

Hi, so I managed to do something stupid whilst bleaching my hair. Some bleach has somehow got under my nail and under the plate and was burning very uncomfortably, I have some white spots on the nail itself and a white "shadow" under it. It hurts to touch but has stopped burning now, I've run it under cold water, is there anything else I should do? I was planning on putting shellac on my nails later but now I'm not sure if I should leave it so I can keep an eye on my poor finger. Anyone else done anything this silly? lol

Rinse it under the tap and I would take that to your GP :Scared:

Dont put anything over it because then you wont be able to see if its getting worse. But I would seek gps advice x

ive done that a few times.. never caused any problems after the inital killer burning

Hey, thanks. It's fine now, I soaked it for a while in water and the white shadow has disappeared so I've shellaced over it
