Hi, I have used bleach a good few times on clients and it has always been ok.
I have a new client who currently has ombre (bleached).
She would like me to make the bleach section lighter and a more creamy blonde, then put the odd few highlights through the top.

I have never used bleach or lightener on hair that has previously been bleached. And with all the horror stories I've heard about hair breakage etc. i'm very hesitant to do so.

I would be very grateful if someone could give me a little advice on how to achieve the desired results.

Do an elasticity test first and then a test piece on an inconspicuous area.

If you're only lifting out excess tone or up a level, you could try using no higher than 3% initially.

Ok, thankyou. will try that :)

Yes bleach & 10 vol should be sufficient if its already fairly light , and then tone accordingly if needed x
