Blending side bangs with face frame

Good morning!

Anybody have any really good tips on how to blend side bangs with face frames? I use a razor to blend because it gives a really nice wispy look but the hair usually gets really thing towards the end and doesn't turn in as nice as the top. I am afraid to use my scissors because I am not 100% how to go about it. If anyone has a good picture please share =) It would be VERY appreciated!

I usually pull the projection of the face framing at a 45% angle towards the front of the face and slide with my shears- then go back and do some notching/texturizing. I then pull the side bangs with the faceframing and blend them together. I wish I could show you rather than write it out, haha.
