Hi guys!!

Just wanting to compare how you all perform your body exfoliation treatments as im offering new ones and i want to make them really lush!!!

hi, I am currently using the Priadara body range - I know it's not a particularly 'posh' one but I've only used 2 other's before this and my clients seem to prefer it.
It involves a body scrub, which can be used with a brush and then a body polish which sort of melts into the scrub. I then turn client over and do the other side of the body and ask them to either jump in the shower or i will remove with hot towels. Then there is a massage foam follwed by the body cream.
As an extra i ask if clients wish to have a face mask whilst i am doing the front of their body after the body polish has been removed and i use a collagen mask to put on whilst they get the foam and cream massaged into their body. (They're usually dribbling at this point!!)
I'd be interested to see what other body polish treatments other geeks use...
xXx

Hi all i use clarins aromatic body polish followed by toning body balm which is mixed with a toning oil and massage it into the skin. I have an electric underblanket under the bed keeps clients snug. I use same routine as star dust as in option of hot towel remover or quick shower. I also massage a clarins face oil into the face as well nice wee treat for them!

I use gerards gommage which is really lovely to work with.
You apply it, massage it in briskly and then hot towel it off.

Tend to do one area at a time, remember to towel off excess water as the skin cools considerably.

I tend to keep dry towels in my hot cabi for this or leave towel on the radiator so it just feels W*O*W*!

I take it when you take off the scrub the hot towels are wet?

I offer the Decleor "Red Island Ritual" treatment. It starts with a 25 minute exfoliating massage using a unique & energising blend of fruit powders, spices, essential oils & plant oils, including apricot, argan, lemon, orange, ginger & cinnamon. It smells divine, a kind of fruity spicy scent that reminds me of christmas pudding!

The scrub brushes off & can be removed by a shower or hot mitts. Afterwards is an enveloping massage in which 100% natural aromatic balms are warmed & drizzled onto the body and then smoothed in using a combination of hands & a unique acacia wood massager. It's a beautiful "spa-like" treatment & I have had a lot of re-books from this!

gosh it all sounds so fabulous! all this talk of relaxing this and face masking that just sounds like heaven!! is this part of the nvq2/3 beauty course? if not is there private courses? i haven't seen this mentioned on the course details and it def sounds like something worth offering (if it could work mobile that is!) x

Hi, I'm thinking of adding body treatments to my menu, I havn't done any training in this though, I have NVQ 2, I can't seem to find out if I need to do an extra training course to carry this out?

I use Moor Spa facial products and know they do body treatment products, does anybody use these and have any recommendations?
