Bohyme colour ring problems

Is anyone else having a problem with their bohyme colour ring?
I have ordered some 18, which when it arrived is the same colour as the 16 on the colour ring, and I've ordered some 16 that is at least one shade lighter than the 16 on the colour ring......oh and the 22 I ordered is more like the 24!!!

Where are you ordering from??? I've never had a problem?? I have the celebrity elite colour ring. If you are ordering from America the Bohyme from there is slightly different in colours so I've been told....
