I want to start using Brisa Gel and I have a light I used to use years ago and its practically like new. Its an Light Essentials brand, I believe IBD and uses 2 - 4 watt bulbs. Can I use this starting out and then invest in a brisa light later on?

very quick answer: No you cannot.

Try doing a search hun, then you can read lots of threads about why not...

thank you so much everyone for your help. Valencia thanks for taking the time to send me the link to the article! Very sweet of you and it helped me alot! Yikes......I can't believe how much the lamp is, wow! I hope they include this with the product for the class I want to take. If not then Brisa may have to wait. I'm a tech coming off a 4 1/2 yr leave of absense but I still do nails at home, just want to get back into a salon and get out of the house, ugh. I can't offer gels if I can't afford the system  Oh well, I won't give up though! Gracias!
