Broken acrylic- broken natural nail to nail bed

I broke two of my nails this morning falling up the stairs. One of my acrylic nails snapped and completely taken a little bit of my natural nail with it so you can see my nail bed. I’ve cleaned it up, put savalon and a plaster on it but I’m due for an infil on Friday ready for my holiday next Monday - will I be able to put acrylic nails back on this Friday if my nail bed heals? - any healing advise will be fab x
