I had a long wait and total stressy frustration with BT broadband recently.

i use UNICOM have had no problems with them. avoid BT they are an absolute nightnare in my opininon x

Yep BT are a nightmare, mine was just down for 3 weeks completely their fault but no compensation apart from rental refund. Steer clear if you can!!!
