Hi Geeks

I know it will differ from location to location but would love to here your opinions.

Many Thanks

Mmmm I dont know if you could justify buying it tbh being mobile. You would need a very good clientelle that is established i think, and be busy

The CACI machine is an extremely expensive piece of equipment and I think being mobile you would have to be very busy to re coup your costs.

Then you have the logistics of carrying the equipment and all the products as well as all your usual equipment/products.
I dont know of any mobile therapists who use CACI but will be interesting to see if anyone does use CACI or any other good non surgi brand.HTH

It is a fairly big machine, I wouldn't fancy lugging it about, nor the risk of breaking it. Those babies aren't cheap.

Thanks guys

I can just picture myself luggin the machine and then smashing it in the process or getting robbed.

I have contacted caci and they did say their machine can be used mobile so im thinking it must be just the facial machine.

I googled caci mobile therpaist and a few did come up..so somewere their are some therapist managing.

How do you manage to build up a good client base before purchasing such a machine....to be honest this is all knew to me as I currently specialise in waxing but now want to get back into skin care. so im just checking out all the different options.

Many Thanks

I meant a good amount of clients who may already be interested in having electrical facials.I suppose you could go down the road of using the CACI name to aquire new clients but it would take some promoting.

When we took on Belle Sante(very similar to CACI) we were alread using Gezanne(another non surgi manufaturer)We wanted something better for the salon so got rid of Gezanne and went with Belle Sante. So we explained the benefits to our clients and they all converted.

Have you thought of going with Gezanne? Its a much smaller machine. It's not as well known but its much cheaper but it would be ideal for a mobile therapist and you could see how much interest you got from your mobile clients.

Thank you

That would be a better way to probably start off

Thanks

I'd be interested in this as I did Caci while in salon and it was very popular. Didn't know they catered mobile therapists, as one we had in salon was quite bulky and would be a nightmare to carry round really. It was also very expensive too.

Could you send me the links you have? Thanks :)

Just to say you can be a mobile therapist and do caci treatments - i do!

It is frustrating sometimes fitting all the equipment in the car but if you are mobile and used to carrying your couch around then the caci machine is no heavier!

Caci were pretty useless about getting a case for my machine, when i first had my rep out she had her caci machine in a case, i asked that if i bought the machine could i get a case? she said yes but then it turned out she couldn't and couldn't even let me know where they had ordered their cases from! Eventuall ytho I foind a sewing machine case that fits the machine perfectly and protects it whilst travelling!!

Hi
I am a mobile therapist and have also worked in a salon/spa enviroment. CACI has always been our best selling treatment as there is nothing on the market that compares. there are may cheaper alternatives to this but they never sell as well. At a treatment price of at least £40 per session for the basic facial it is a nice money earner as word soon gets around clients on how fantastic it really is. On the new machines there is also a microdermabrasion and light therapy section and a hydratone section which is also a great facial treatment for £20 per session. Hope some of this helps. The company do a pay per month deal so that you dont have a massive outlay.
