Hello!
We have the CACI Ultra machine at work, and I am currently doing a course on one of my clients at the moment. She has had 6 facials so far - having 2 or 3 a week - but said she thought the wrinkles by the side of her mouth looked more prominent than before. She is keen to carry on with the course and finish it, but is concerned that it will get worse! It is clear that the skin is quite saggy in that area, but I was wondering whether anyone else has had this problem? I didn't know if it is something that will get better as the treatments progress, or wondered whether it was because the skin is sagging and the muscles underneath are lifting? Hope that makes sense! She is coming in for her 7th treatment on Thursday and I really wanted to give her some better advice.
Thank you!
Nikki xx

have you asked CACI? i think this may be your best bet! :)

i think i may have to! thanks xx

Yes deffinately ask CACI. I use icon ultralift and have never come across this problem..but putting on my thinking hat for you. Firstly do you think that the lines appear deeper? Your answer will probably be not. I can only assume that the client is probably studying her face and scrutinising every area with a a fine tooth comb and noticing wrinkles she never noticed before. If you agree that the lines appear deeper, then it is probably because you have removed alot of puffiness/fluid retention from this area when you performing the treatment especially the drainage part, hence the area/skin looking a bit saggier? if so you really need to do lots of muscle memory work to tighten up the muscles in that area, promoting a lifting effect which will inturn smoothen out lines/wrinkles. Hope this helps, but still check with your aftercare sales team at Caci xx:eek:

thanks, thats a great help. i will definately get in contact with the caci rep but that does make sense.
