Calgel lifting

i recently applied new set of tips, clear calgel and superclear.client phoned up calgel cracking and lifting at the sides, she says the whites are opaque in colour. she says she has been going swimming each day , would that affect them.she had noproblems before with french or colour and is coming back on wed.insists that she went swimming each day before.

Maybe getting her to oil her nails before and after will help.

i am confused...thought buffing the nails and wiping was to remove excess moisture
