Can I offer massage?

Hi I done a HNC in complementary therapy just over 10 years ago is it something I could offer if I haven't used it since I qualified? Or I would prefer if there was some sort of refresher course? Xxx

Surely you would need to do some form of refresher course, massage done incorrectly can be not only painful but dangerous.
