Can't see new posts

When I now log into salon geek I usually go to what's new and then look at everything new since I last visited. Since the upgrade when I do this I just get a message saying that I must wait 30 seconds and try again but when I do I get the same dialogue box about waiting 30 seconds.

Any ideas anyone?

I'm getting the same message - Sam's tinkering with the site, so might be something to do with him??
