Im hoping some of the hair geeks can help me out with this! Im hoping to get my hair the same/similar to Caroline Flacks new blonde hair colour and what im wanting to know is, is it highlights or colour or both? just so i have some idea what im looking for when i go to the hairdressers.
My hair is a medium brown naturally but iv been getting T-bar blonde highlights for quite a while now so its lightened as it is and in good condition so im hoping that its possible to go as blonde as Caroline.
