chair to rent - trade test?

if i am advertising a chair to rent in my salon, is it okay if i ask them to do a trade test? i know they are self employed but its still my salons reputation on the line if they are not very good???

I'm not a salon owner but I personally don't see why that would be unreasonable. If I was asked to trade test for a room rental it wouldn't faze me :hug:

I'm in the same position and I'm gonna ask them to do a trade test. How are you going to advertise your rental post? Just looking for ideas myself.

I've placed an advert in the local paper and a crad in the salon window. The paper went out today but the main edition is out on wednesday so we will need to wait and see!!! I don't think its unreasonable but always like to check these things out first. xx

Totally believe that you should ask for a trade test, its your rep on the line too.

heh heh, you just wait, I started out nice. Wasn't always as grizzled as this. Give it another 5 years of salon ownership and you will be a battle hardened old trouper too!!!
