Changing custom blending to sheer pink

Phew!! few questions from me today.

I have a custom who has forever french with opaque colour. She is coming in for a rebalance, however I think she will want varnish from now on. What would you advise on this. Shall I just buff off as much as possible and rebalance using sheer pink. Or rebalance using the opaque (seems a waste). She normally likes semi sheer polishes, so want it to look as good as possible.

I'd thin it out and rebalance with sheer pink. The opaque will gradually grow out and a semi-sheer polish will cover any lines......

If you have both powders then use the "cheaper" one... but in my expereince.. they say they want colour from now on.... then they get sick of it as it doesnt match everything like the french did... then you are back to having to change them and have a big colour mix...
