Hi i have just newly qualified and have put my name forward to hire a table at my kids Christmas fair, i thought this would be a good way to promot e me as a mobile nail technician. I know mostly it will be children that night but if i could give out flyers with offers on it for their mums what do you think? Any good ideas would be appreciated What price do you think for a file and paint for the girls ? I want the table to be eye catching as to attract business if i can get the wee girls over then hopefully i can talk the mums into a bit of pampering by booking an appointment especially with christmas coming and christmas dinners. Do you think i should sell gift bags for the kids? Sorry about all the questions but any help would be great

Good for you for taking the initiative.

Keep it SIMPLE ... just a few minutes for each trreatment ... one nail with a tiny something exciting for the littlies or their mums. All little ones have mums which are the ones you really want to attract. How about demos of one perfect nail so they can see what you do?

thank you so much might ask the head mistress

This is definitely the way to go!

I do school fairs, Christmas fairs, pampers evenings etc. Anywhere you can be seen to show your skills. I have done so many that I am now known as 'The Nail Lady' in an around our town and have kids and mums queuing up at most events when they see me.

Only yesterday I did two full sets and a manicure off the back of one of this type of advertising.

Not only is it a fab advert it will speed up your skills like nothing else I have done, even my (now qualified) husband learnt to paint a full set in under a minute when I put him in at the deep end!
